Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
