How do I find the right size for my KEEN shoes?
Most KEEN footwear runs true to size, but our iconic sandals often feature a wider toe box. We recommend checking the specific 'Fit Tip' on each product page, as some styles may run a 1/2 size small.
Are KEEN shoes waterproof?
Many of our hiking boots and work shoes feature the KEEN.DRY waterproof, breathable membrane. Products that are fully waterproof will be explicitly labeled as such in the product description.
How should I clean my KEEN sandals and boots?
Most of our water sandals are machine washable on a gentle cycle with mild detergent; always air dry. For leather boots, we recommend using a common leather cleaner and conditioner to maintain the material's integrity.
